Do I need an account?

No. You pay, and the download starts from the thank-you page. We also email you the link.

How long does the download link last?

7 days, or 3 downloads. Save the files to your computer. If the link runs out, email us with your order number for a new one.

What size is the finished mosaic?

Each template page gives the finished size. The laying sheets print the design at exactly that size.

My sheets printed too small.

Print again at 100% / actual size, with "fit to page" or "scale to fit" turned off. Measure one sheet before you start.

Can I use Italian smalti instead of Mexican?

Yes. The smalti templates are designed for Mexican smalti (Perdomo colours) and also suit Italian smalti. Pick the nearest colours from the colour list.

Can I make the mosaic more than once?

Yes, as often as you like, for yourself. Please don't share or resell the files. See the terms.

Can I sell the mosaic I make?

Yes. The mosaic you make is your own work, and you're free to sell it, show it or give it away. Our copyright covers only the template files (the guides, sheets and colour list), so please don't sell or share those.

Can I get a refund?

Downloads can't be returned once downloaded, so we don't refund a change of mind. If a file is faulty, we'll replace it or refund you. See refunds.

Which currencies do you take?

Australian dollars and US dollars. Your card provider converts other currencies. Prices include any GST or VAT that applies.
