MosAIc Templates is run by Ozvista Pty Ltd (ABN 37 665 664 077), Australia.

What we collect

• When you buy: your name, email address, country and order details. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
• When you download: the time and IP address of each download, to protect the download links.
• When you browse: anonymous visit counts (Cloudflare Web Analytics). No cookies, no tracking across sites.

Why

To deliver your template, send your tax invoice, answer your questions, and keep the records the tax law requires.

Who processes it

Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website and download storage) and our email provider (the download email). We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires (in Australia, 5 years; for EU and UK VAT, up to 10 years).

Marketing

We only send newsletters if you've asked for them, and every one has an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details (except records we must keep by law): hello@mosaictemplates.ai.
