Refunds

Draft. Wording still to be checked against Australian Consumer Law, and EU/UK rules (plan, phase 6).

Our templates are digital downloads. Once downloaded they can't be returned, so we don't give refunds if you change your mind.

If a file is faulty (it won't open, a page is missing, or it isn't as described), email hello@mosaictemplates.ai with your order number. We'll send a corrected file, or refund you if we can't fix it.

Customers in the EU and UK: at checkout you agree that the download starts straight away, and you accept that this ends your 14-day right to cancel.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer law of your country.
